The Referral Process

Once your referral is hired:

Receive up to $500 when your referred friend is employed and in good standing after 6 months.
Both you and the referred employee must be employed by Camellia Place during the time of payouts.

Program Guidelines:

You cannot refer someone you are directly involved in hiring.
Staffing members, contract consultants, and independent contractors are not eligible.
In case of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the bonus goes to the first referrer.
Previous employees or recent interviewees (within the last year) are ineligible.
To receive the bonus, you must be a full-time, part-time, or PRN employee at the time of bonus processing.
