The Residences
Single-Story Assisted Living and Memory Care Homes
Each home is intentional in design, filled with the same amenities and opportunities that enable residents to be independent and purposeful in the moment.
Each home is filled with unique individuals who have a story to tell and care is tailored to each resident.
The front porches are the favorite hang out for all of our residents and give opportunity to see friends in the neighborhood or listen to birds and smell the flowers.

Living Room and Dining Area
The living spaces are design to encourage community. While we have a central community house for activities, it is not unusual for residents to participate in yoga, have afternoon tea or a friendly game of chess in the living areas of the houses.
Meals are very special at Camellia Place
The Dining & Kitchen Areas have space for the residents to enjoy meal with family and friends around the table with good food and conversation. Meals are served ‘family-style’ in each house and there are plenty of snacks & favorite foods too.
Our chef prepared meals are tailored to the dietary needs of the resident, and along with our staff support any chewing or swallowing concerns.

Private Suites Designed with Care
Each private suite features nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, abundant natural light and window views of nature’s elegance. Wireless Internet expands connectivity to family and friends.
Each Private Suite is positioned are near the game and TV areas, back patios, front porches, dining area, kitchen, and living room.
All Suites can accommodate standard bedroom furniture.

Plenty of Neighborhood Resident Activity
It is intentional that our 3 separate homes are designed and programmed for varying levels of physical and cognitive function, and that by selecting the home that best fits with capabilities, our residents thrive in areas of independence, engagement, physical activity, and socialization.
